your pet, painted the way you actually see them.
Veterinary Nurse by day. Artist Always.i work from the photo you love most and a few details about who they are. real paint, nothing generated.
featured is a portrait of axel, a spunky 10-year-old border collie mix.
a career built on celebrating pet relationships.
i'm an RVT, or a veterinary nurse, and for more than a decade, i've been witness to countless patient and client stories. i've sat with people through their pet's best days and their hardest ones, and i've learned that every animal carries something worth telling.
that's what i bring to the canvas: not just what your pet looks like, but who they are to the people who love them. i work in acrylic and mixed media, almost always from a photo you send me, and before i pick up a brush, i want to know what made them them: the goofy ear that never sat right, the way they used to greet you at the door. what comes back to you is more than a likeness. it's the story you told me, painted.
